Entreprise Adaptée[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]AfB France est une Entreprise Adaptée créée en 2012 et soutenue par France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc depuis l’origine du projet jusqu’à son développement et son changement d’échelle. Son objectif est de donner une seconde vie aux matériels informatiques dont les entreprises souhaitent se séparer. Pour se faire, elle associe à son activité des personnes en situation de handicap. Emanant d’un concept Allemand, le groupe AfB compte plus de 200 salariés en Allemagne, en France, en Autriche et en Suisse. En France, l’entreprise est présente à Annecy, Grenoble et depuis peu à Caen. Le n°11 du Walter, journal trimestriel de France Active, met à l’honneur le témoignage d’Eric LAUR, Président-Fondateur d’AfB France.

« À notre niveau, on peut dire que l’on a participé à l’inversion de la courbe du chômage ! », lance, sur le ton de la boutade, Eric Laur, le dirigeant d’AfB France. L’entreprise adaptée, qu’il a créée à Annecy en 2012 avec l’appui de France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc, le représentant de France Active en Pays de Savoie, emploie plus d’une quarantaine de salariés, dont 80 % sont en situation de handicap. « Ils étaient pour certains en recherche d’emploi depuis plus de deux ans ou très éloignés de l’emploi, souligne l’entrepreneur social. C’est une fierté de leur avoir permis de se réinsérer. »
Recette allemande
Le projet « écolo-social » d’AfB France consiste à collecter le parc informatique en fin de cycle auprès de collectivités et de grands comptes. L’entreprise en assure d’abord l’effacement définitif et sécurisé des données. Puis elle trie, vérifie et répare le matériel, avant de lui offrir une seconde vie. « En tout, 70 % des équipements collectés est revendu dans nos magasins, par Internet ou à des grossistes », indique Eric Laur.
Un modèle que l’entrepreneur est allé chercher outre-Rhin. « Je venais de perdre mon emploi chez un grand constructeur informatique, raconte-t-il. Un ancien collègue m’a montré l’entreprise adaptée qu’il avait montée en Allemagne. Le groupe AfB emploie aujourd’hui plus de 200 salariés en Allemagne, en Autriche et en Suisse. Séduit, j’ai décidé de dupliquer le modèle en France. » Aidé par le groupe allemand, qui entre au capital, il est aussi soutenu par France Active. « La collaboration avec un financeur solidaire comme France Active est précieuse, estime Eric Laur. Elle a démarré en amont de la création et se poursuit à chaque étape de notre développement. »
Capitaux solidaires
Aujourd’hui, AfB France veut changer d’échelle. Lauréate du prix coup de cœur du public des Grands prix de la finance solidaire en 2014 et du programme Scale Up d’Antropia que soutient France Active, l’entreprise a récemment bénéficié d’une intervention au capital de la SIFA à hauteur de 350 000 €, pour renforcer ses fonds propres et quasi fonds propres. « En tant qu’entreprise adaptée, AfB France correspond à notre cœur de cible historique, souligne Judith-Laure Mamou- Mani, chargée de financement à France Active. Son activité commerciale est en très fort développement et rentable, avec en plus, une dimension européenne. Pour assurer cette phase de croissance, Eric Laur a ouvert son capital à la SIFA qui lui apporte des capitaux solidaires patients et un accompagnement stratégique et bienveillant en participant à la gouvernance. »
Pour grandir, Eric Laur a choisi de dupliquer son modèle : d’ores et déjà à Grenoble et Caen, et bientôt sur d’autres territoires grâce au programme Fonds de Confiance de France Active. « Nous souhaitons nous implanter au plus près de nos partenaires pour participer à la création d’emplois locaux, précise-t-il. Nous sommes une entreprise à but non lucratif. Société Coopérative d’Intérêt Collectif (SCIC)[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Créée en 2005, Champ des Cimes est la première Société Coopérative d’Intérêt Collectif de Haute-Savoie (SCIC). Structure d’insertion par l’activité économique, elle participe à la réinsertion professionnelle de publics fragiles tout en valorisant l’environnement montagnard. Depuis 2012, la SCIC travaille à ajuster son modèle économique dont la difficulté majeure est liée à la saisonnalité de ses activités. En collaboration avec l’URSCOP et les partenaires bancaires, nous les avons accompagné dans ce processus par du conseil et du financement, leur permettant de couvrir leurs besoins d’exploitation et d’investir dans du matériel. Parallèlement, ils ont développé des activités hivernales et signé un accord d’entreprise pour annualiser le temps de travail des salariés. Ils ont dorénavant les bases pour construire leur stratégie en 3 axes : développer des travaux de génie écologique, créer du mobilier extérieur en bois des Alpes, améliorer le suivi social et la formation des salariés en insertion.

Atelier Chantier d’Insertion[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]« L’accompagnement de France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc a permis de prendre du recul sur le développement l’association » Olivier DEZY – Directeur de Tarentaise Vanoise Insertion [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Tarentaise Vanoise Insertion (TVI) est un Atelier Chantier d’Insertion. Créée en 2012 à Moutiers, l’association est le fruit d’une réflexion des acteurs locaux sur les besoins d’insertion des habitants du territoire. Elle a pour mission de favoriserl’insertion professionnelle via des activités économiques support : entretien d’espaces verts, du patrimoine, petits travaux de manutention…
TVI a fait appel au Dispositif Local d’Accompagnement (DLA) afin de repenser sa stratégie de développement. L’accompagnement, réalisé en concertation avec les partenaires, a abouti à la modélisation de plusieurs scénarii de modèles économiques. L’association souhaiterait, d’ici 2020, se transformer progressivement en ensemblier Chantier/Entreprise d’insertion afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins d’insertion du territoire.
Dans cette perspective à 2 ans, TVI veut d’abord se concentrer sur la consolidation de ses activités actuelles en relançant notamment son activité de recyclerie. L’association a d’ailleurs bénéficié d’un prêt de France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc, début 2018, afin de financer ses nouveaux aménagements.

Micro-crèche[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]« France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc nous a mis en relation avec les acteurs engagés du bassin chambérien »[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Créée en 2016 à Chambéry, la Micro-Crèche Opagaïo propose un concept unique en Savoie qui rencontre un vrai succès auprès des familles : horaires atypiques le soir et le samedi, fourniture des couches lavables, confection de repas avec des produits frais et locaux, utilisation de techniques de communication bienveillante avec les enfants.
Pour Carine PERRIER, co-gérante, outre l’appui financier, France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc a été un vrai levier de mise en réseau avec les acteurs engagés du territoire. Grâce aux conseils du chargé de mission, la Micro-Crèche a notamment pu intégrer le réseau de la monnaie locale de Chambéry (l’Elef) avec lequel elle partage de nombreuses valeurs.
Aujourd’hui la Micro-Crèche OpagaÏo est remplie et a même dépassé ses prévisionnels. Les deux co-gérants ont déjà pour projet d’ouvrir un second établissement à la Motte-Servolex d’ici fin 2017. Beltrami, E. Libaux, F. Durando et T. Bertrand)ont créé, à Chambéry, le Studio Filmiz. Passionnés par le monde de l’audiovisuel, ils ont décidé d’exploiter leurs compétences et leur passion au sein d’une entreprise. Aujourd’hui, Studio Filmiz commercialise des réalisations et captations audiovisuelles à destination des entreprises.
Souhaitant avoir une image professionnelle auprès de leurs clients, ils ont fait le choix d’investir dans du matériel vidéo de qualité dès le démarrage. La garantie France Active a donc permis de sécuriser le financement du projet auprès du partenaire bancaire. Les créateurs ont également bénéficié d’une prime Cap Jeune afin de renforcer leur trésorerie de démarrage.
Depuis la création, l’équipe s’est attelée à développer son réseau sur le marché savoyard et haut-savoyard et à améliorer le référencement de l’entreprise sur internet. Studio Filmiz a ainsi pu décrocher des contrats importants et a même réalisé une première prestation en Suisse.

Toutilo permet de réaliser avec précision et gain de temps les tâches de maraîchage, de production de plantes aromatiques, d’arboriculture et d’horticulture.
En 2016, France Active Savoie Mont-Blanc a joué le rôle de catalyseur dans la transformation de Touti-Terre en entreprise sociale et solidaire.
